Welcome to Our Botany Room
Our Botany room is named after one of the most spectacular beaches in the area – Botany Bay. With a super comfy king size bed, fluffy pillows and traditional window shutters, a good nights sleep is guaranteed*
The room is at the back of the house and overlooks the garden.
There is a sink within the room, and you have use of our shared bathroom, which is shared with only one other room.
Modern touches include a TV with smart features, remote lighting controls, a clock radio and USB charging sockets.
A hairdryer is provided under the sink, and there is a desk and armchair.
You will have access to our shared bathroom, which is used by one other guest room. The bathroom has a bath and shower and complimentary toiletries are provided.
Over the next year, we’ll be replacing the bathroom, so while clean and functional, the bathroom isn’t quite as luxurious as the bedroom!
You are welcome to use our Guest Fridge in our kitchen, and to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast. You’ll also find a breakfast bar with seating for dining.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee and milk in the fridge.
Finally, you have access to our garden, with also has a table and chairs that you are welcome to use.
