Our Victorian Guest House by the sea has been lovingly restored by Ady & Sam over the last 7 years. With tasteful decor throughout and touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible, Hopewell is the perfect place to stay while visiting the vibrant town of Margate.

All rooms at Hopewell are part of our home. Guests are welcome to come and go as they please, with 24 hour access and a smart front door lock for easy check in if we are not home.

We welcome you to our home!

You will be well looked after at Hopewell. Ady and Sam have lived in Margate for 7 years and have a wealth of knowledge of the town and surrounding area.

As well as running Hopewell, Ady is a Handyman and Sam is a Pilates teacher.

Teas and Coffees in every room

We provide a selection of Teas including Green and Peppermint, Coffee and Decaff Coffee, and filtered water in every room. We also have a proper coffee machine that you can use in the kitchen.

Powerful Showers and Softened Water

All of our bathrooms are newly refurbished and feature rainhead showers (Walpole and Palm) with softened water for the best shower experience!

 

24 Hour Securicats

We share our home with Tom and Spike, our friendly cats. They may be around during your stay. We keep them out of the bedrooms, but if you leave your room door open you might wake up to a furry companion!
